1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 may use the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.

2. Purpose of the App

RedAcamy is a digital platform providing access to:

• E-books and digital publications
• Video content
• Podcasts and audio programs
• Faith-based and educational media published or licensed by Liguori Publications

All content is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Certain features and content within RedAcamy require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Payments may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other approved payment providers
• Subscription fees may renew automatically unless canceled
• Refunds and billing disputes are governed by the policies of the respective payment platform
• Liguori Publications does not store or directly process your payment card details

Subscriptions can be canceled through your device's app store settings or your RedAcamy account dashboard.

4. License to Use Digital Content

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access content within RedAcamy.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display content
• Download content outside App-permitted features
• Circumvent digital rights management or content protections
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract content or source code

All intellectual property remains the property of Liguori Publications or its licensors.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use RedAcamy to:

• Upload or share unlawful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material
• Harass, deceive, impersonate, or exploit other users
• Distribute malware, spam, phishing attempts, or malicious software
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or servers
• Scrape, hack, disrupt, or overload platform infrastructure
• Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

6. User Content (If Community Features Are Enabled)

If you submit reviews, comments, feedback, or other content:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant Liguori Publications a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, store, and distribute it for service operations
• You remain responsible for legality and accuracy

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services and External Links

RedAcamy may integrate third-party services (including analytics and payment providers) or link to external websites.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or policies. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the App or content
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees
• Engage in unlawful or harmful conduct

You may stop using RedAcamy or delete your account at any time. We are not responsible for data loss following termination.

9. Disclaimers

RedAcamy and its content are provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Continuous or uninterrupted access
• Fitness for any specific purpose
• Error-free or secure operation

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Liguori Publications shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Liguori Publications and its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your use of RedAcamy
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights

12. Intellectual Property

All text, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and digital content within RedAcamy are owned by or licensed to Liguori Publications.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

13. Privacy

Your use of RedAcamy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

14. Platform-Specific Terms (Apple, Google, Web)

Use of RedAcamy is also subject to:

• Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Terms
• Google Play Developer Policies and Terms
• Web browser and Progressive Web App policies

Apple and Google are not responsible for RedAcamy content, support, or dispute resolution.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts located in Missouri, USA, unless otherwise required by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted in the App or website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
